At Nayab, we strive to provide you with high-quality hijabs and accessories. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service at hello@nayabhijabs.com to initiate a return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us, and please retain your shipping receipt for your records.
Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
